The toilets just weren’t great. They looked grubby, and the seats had that sticky feeling that makes you instantly not want to use them, you know? It just felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while, which was a bit off-putting.

I left feeling like this just wasn’t worth what they’re charging. The experience was underwhelming, and it kind of felt like they were more focused on getting people through the door and making money than actually making it enjoyable. I wouldn’t pay that ticket price again.

Went last night the sound was really disappointing. The music kept drowning out the voices, and from where we were sitting everything sounded muffled, so we missed a lot of the lines.

I mentioned it because being able to hear the show feels like a basic expectation, especially for the price, but it didn’t seem like much was done or taken seriously. The staff were pleasant enough, but the whole thing took the shine off the night and I wouldn’t book again unless they properly sort the sound out.

I went in hoping for a nice night out, but the staff just weren’t very friendly. Any time we asked a simple question, we got short answers and it felt like we were bothering them. Maybe they were having an off day, but it still put a damper on the whole experience. It felt preventable too, since just a little warmth or patience would’ve made a big difference

I wasn’t expecting luxury or anything, but I did think the seats would be at least reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, they started hurting quickly and made the whole experience a lot less enjoyable than it should’ve been

The show itself was fine, but honestly... the theatre was so hot and stuffy. It felt like there was no air moving at all, and after a while it just got uncomfortable. Kind of hard to fully enjoy the performance when you're sitting there feeling overheated the whole time.

I really wanted to get into the show, but the audience kind of ruined it for me. People were talking, rustling bags, and checking their phones throughout, and it didn’t seem like the staff stepped in much. It also had this weird feeling like there wasn’t really anyone there keeping things under control, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy it

Went to a show here the signs weren’t very helpful haha. We ended up walking the wrong way twice, and the staff weren’t that easy to spot either. The toilets and exits could definitely be marked more clearly. It just made the start of the night more stressful than it needed to be

I’ve visited a few older heritage places before and usually love the character they have, but this one felt a bit let down. The building itself has charm from the outside, but once inside it felt cramped and awkward. Some of the original features looked tired, like they haven’t been looked after properly, and the seating and view made the whole visit more frustrating than enjoyable

The snacks were fine overall, nothing amazing, but definitely decent enough to munch on. The drinks, though, weren’t really my favorite. I mean, they were drinkable, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to get them again.

The theatre itself was totally fine, but parking was a bit of a hassle. Maybe I missed a closer option, so could be on me, but I ended up parking in a nearby car park and walking over. Not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind. I’d probably just leave a bit earlier next time

The seats were comfortable enough, and I still had a good time at the show. Our view was a little blocked from the side, which I kind of expected with where the seats were, so it wasn’t a huge surprise. Overall, still an enjoyable experience

The show itself was decent enough, no complaints there. But the toilets were a bit of a joke. Massive queue, not exactly clean, and there was barely any toilet paper when I got in there. Felt like no one had checked them in ages. For what you pay for tickets, you’d think they’d at least have the basics sorted. Proper put me off going back, tbh.

Trying to book tickets was frustrating. The site froze on me twice, and the checkout process took way longer than it should have. What made it even more annoying was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out what was going on, so I never really knew if the issue was fixed or not.

I was expecting a lot more, but something just felt off about the whole show. It never really grabbed me and ended up feeling flat, like it was dragging in places. The acting was hit or miss, and the sound seemed all over the place too. I left feeling disappointed, tbh.

The theatre itself is in a good spot and it was easy enough to find, so that part was fine, fine. There are buses and trains not too far away, which definitely helps. Parking was the annoying bit for me though, and getting out after the show took ages, like ages. Overall it was okay, just the travel side could be better...

We went for a show and the theatre itself was totally fine, but the bar service really let it down. We’d planned to grab a couple of drinks during the interval and have a quick breather, but the queue barely moved and the staff seemed disorganised. It took so long just to get two drinks that we ended up missing part of the interval, which was really annoying and kind of ruined the plan. Not a terrible night overall, but the bar situation definitely needs sorting out.

I was trying to book accessible seats it just wasn’t as easy as I expected. The process felt a bit confusing, and I had to spend more time figuring things out than I should have. It would be really helpful if the accessible seating options were clearer and easier to book right from the start... just felt like more hassle than necessary

The queue setup was poor. Nobody really seemed to know where they were supposed to stand, and reading between the lines, it felt like the staff didn’t have much of a plan either. People were able to jump ahead without anyone saying much, so it ended up feeling more stressful than it needed to before the show even started.

I went to the Theatre Royal expecting a bit more of a buzz, but the whole place felt muted that night. The building itself is lovely from the outside, and I even noticed the nice little details around the entrance, but once I was inside it felt a bit cold and not especially welcoming.

The staff were fine, nothing rude or anything like that, but there wasn’t much warmth in the way the place ran. Little things stood out to me, like how quiet the foyer felt and how everyone seemed to be standing around waiting rather than actually enjoying being there. It just didn’t feel like a fun night out, so I probably wouldn’t rush back...
